Here is the full "chains" remark form VP BIden: "The last time we liberated the economy under their [Republican] proposals, the last eight years, put the middle class in chains. Romney wants to, he said in the first 100 days, he's going to let the big banks once again write their own rules. Unchain Wall Street. They're going to put yâall back in chains.â So, it seems the only people turning this into a race isssue are REPUBLICANS! Which, by the way, have used the very same rhetoric!
