Somebody made a conscious decision to take a picture of a CHILD, with a cinnamon stick, pretending to smoke a blunt. Now the question is what really happened? Did the boy start playin around pretending it was a blunt and the father or someone took a pic thinking that this was funny or did someone direct the young boy to put the cinnamon stick in his mouth and pretend that he was smoking a blunt?
