Mto can't see the truth because Obama's testicles are slapping them in the face

Well I'm still waiting for Obama's birth certificate. Here's the deal. The wealthy, the educated and the upward mobile support Romney which is why he is out fundraising Obama. What's funny is that Obama was the one who shrugged off government campaign funding because it had limits. He was the first president to ever do this. Now Obama is getting beat at his own game. I love Romney and Ryan. They are about to run Obama the heck out of office. He messed with the wrong ones this time. Romney is about business.

Furthermore, as an excellent businessman do you really think Romney would have anything illegal on his tax reports? He knew he would be running for president since 2008 and maybe even before. He's clean and he's smart. Thank God, we'll have a president who knows what the hell he is doing.

Fred, is Romney’s lack of Income tax return the only area of politics that is important to you to bring it day after day? I know you are stalwarts of Obama but you now sounding as though you are on their pay roll beating the same drum beat. IMO, this is a dead issue because it is what it is due to the fact that Romney’s income tax more or less will not determine the outcome of this election. He will still be living the life of a sybarite, still end up paying the same or less in taxes as the economy gets worse and will end up the biggest winner - win or lose the election. All this while the Obama’s campaign is missing the bigger picture i.e. all the skullduggeries the Republicans have in place to suppressing people’s right to vote.

Suffrage in America was given to all adult citizens who have never been convicted of a felony and not since the Voting Rights Acts 1965 have there been such an assault on that god given right with the many hurdles in place by these Con-servatives and Repubs to deplete the process with the fake IDs laws so as to prevent black people from voting. I think it was the NAACP who said that this should be front and center but yet this passive inactive docile organization has yet to be aggressive in this area. Because, even if you remove politics out of the equation, it is the idea of suffrage that is under attack conjuring up the same old racist era when blacks were killed for the rights to vote. So, with the Obama’s campaign, not making this the bigger issue and be bold enough to say exactly that Republicans are bringing back the racist Jim Crow era taking away blacks, seniors and minorities right with all the hurdles in place to procure an ID to vote is exactly that - racist. Not to make an invidious comparison, but while the Democrats are stuck on Income tax, Repubs are registering voters in large numbers, while Dems are dragging their feet to educate and help blacks and senior citizens fight back and help to get over the hurdles to combat the biggest voter suppression in this country that negatively impacts black communities. It is this very issue why Obama will not win, go figure.

Obama released years of tax returns, and so have many other past Presidents. What? Is he too good? Funny how birthers come up with Obama not being born in the US, but are so lenient and willing to give Romney a pass when it comes to everything else including his taxes. You people are a joke. A man is unwilling to do that much is untrustworthy and I don't give a flying fk how much money he's made. When the guy left office in MA he took all the hard drives from the computers with him. Is he going to do that in the White House too? A slick business man doesn't mean he would make a good President. Romney has yet to lay out any real solutions to the problems. They want to cut programs for hard working Americans and raise their taxes but yet unwilling to increase taxes for his cronies and big business. He thinks cause he whips out a white board to show a vague, manipulated chart that that is going to fix anything. George Bush was a business man and a horrible one at that and he ran the nation into the ground doing everything Wall Street and big business wanted. The results were disastrous and the country headed into the toilet before Obama took office. We are still dealing with the effects of libor manipulation, bank deregulation/manipulation, MF Global disaster with "losing" peoples money, the rise of the Bernie Madoffs, insider trading in Congress. Romney also has no stage presence overseas as seen in his disastrous trip to insult the Brits and then call Jerusalem the capitol of Israel. The man is not ready to be President.

If Romney has nothing to hide on his taxes then he should have no problem releasing them. If he knew what he was doing the neocon would release his tax returns. He said he hasn't paid no more than 13% in taxes. Lower than the average American struggling to keep America afloat, lower than President Obama, lower than his own VP running mate. But if reports are true from that inside source that he paid 0% in taxes then Houston we have a problem. So if he has nothing to fear then release them. Let him be transparent just like those before him. Obviously he doesn't know what he's doing and that is hurting him in key battleground states. In those key states they are showing Obama with a lead.

Great1, I am curios to your response from a thread from about a week ago. I feel like it was a good debate, but the thread got bumped off the MTO main page. If you want to respond or not, let me know either way.

Oh man, I'm sure I do (and maybe I'll get it tomorrow), but the reason I bring it up is because there's quite a few counter points to what you said and I am greatly interested in your response; particularly with the intent of the Constitution and Obama's foreign policy (amongst other things).

Even if you do not feel compelled to respond, I would appreciate your time in reading my response to your reply. These are serious sticking points from making the jump from being liberal to classic liberalism.
