He then sent a series of flirty texts to the accounts worker from Dartford, Kent, in the UK before embarking on a string of romantic dates during the Olympics. Bolt went on to clinch triple Games golds in the 100m, 200m and 4x100m relay.
Megan, a junior athlete with Dartford Harriers Athletics club, is "smitten" with Bolt, according to a friend. "It's nothing too serious at the moment as he's jetting all over the world, but they are two adults having fun," the friend added.
Bolt's publicist Carole Beckford said: "We have no comment on Usain's personal life, he dates who he wants to date."
Megan said: "I don't wish to discuss anything. I'm not prepared to talk to anybody about us two."
