: A Dallas man has been charged with MURDERING HIS GIRLFRIEND - after he found out that she was HIV positive, and PURPOSELY had unprotected sex with him.
28 year old Cicely Bolden recently began dating 36 year old Larry Dunn and last Thursday, Larry went to Cicely's apartment in the afternoon to get it poppin. After having sex, Cicely confessed that she is HIV positive.
The arrest warrant said Larry was so upset, that he went to the kitchen, got a butcher's knife, and SLIT CICELY'S THROAT. He told detectives, "She killed me, so I killed her."
This is a SAD STORY all around. But we think dude needs to spend some time in PRISON for such a GRIZZLY murder.
I just think ppl shouldn' t even be having unprotected *** til u marry tht person. Til then get tested and wear condoms. All couples also need to go to the doctor TOGETHER when they get ready to marry, thats what my husband and i did. We still go for our yearly check ups together. It is less time consuming for us to both take off and go on the same day plus we are able to sit down with the doctor together and see what is going on with our health. Even if it is small becuz a man will have high blood pressure and won't tell his wife just so she doesn't bug him about how he eats and exercise. But anyway it sounds like this dude flipped out. Idk this is a tough one cuz she was wrong and he was for killing her.

First off let me say RestIn Paradise my sista. The keyword is "boyfriend". The article makes it seem as if it was their first sexual encounter, not the case. He was aware of her status before he went to her home. He knew what he wanted to do before hand which makes it premeditated. He children found her dead! He deserves life. Cicely was a God fearing woman. Days before this man took her life she was giving thanks to God for her children, her life, and all that He had given her. She's in a better place.
If he would have just choked her out or beat her to death with a lamp he would have been fine with no time, but since he went to the kitchen and got a knife they will try to say it was premeditated murder and he will get the death penalty because texas laws are bugged, and mto the news said she had two stab wounds in the chest wth are yall talking about he slit her throat
What's wrong with you people? This man *** go to jail because she obviously was being wicked when she had *** with him and then told that man that she basically just took his life. Yes you can live with the virus now but what kills people is knowing that they have it and the level of depression they go through. Sn - HIV may not show up on tests right away. So even if you get a negative result, you need to weigh that against how many people you or they have had *** with and how recently. I would say, if you are going to have unprotected ***, keep using protection until you get multiple, more than two, negative results. Also, whoever is on the receiving end of d*** is more likely to contract the virus, as opposed to the other way around. He may not have contracted the disease.

I went to another site to get the backstory and this woman knew that she was HIV positive<she's known few years> and he had a RIGHT to know her status! Regardless if he wore a CONDOM or not...condoms are NOT 100%, they tear, they come off and what have you so again he had a RIGHT to know! I personally am ABSTAINING but IF I was gone to indulge I would want to know everything there is to know about the person I'm going to indulge with.
Here's the other side of the coin...she knew her status and if he was refusing to wear a condom---that's when she should have TOLD him. If he KILLED her for exposing him, then I'm quite sure knowing that she had the disease he would have just left well enough alone. You don't tell someone something this earth-*** after the FACT.

I went to the doctor, tested and he gave me those pills. For your info I'm frm South Africa and I'm still HIV negative! I'm quiet disturbed that a 1st world country as big as America is adequately informed about HIV. This is sad!!!!

Tragic situation indeed. People today, because of medicine are able to leave out their natural lives with HIV. Now on the other hand, cancer is wiping people out in the blink of the eye. There are some cancers that are sexually caused, through the HPV virus. Cervical and one on the raise that is causing throat cancer from doing oral. There are some thing a condom can't help, so be careful, people.

She should have disclosed her status. She is not an INNOCENT victim here, however this is real life so let's be realistic. If people were always honest, there probably would be no need for condoms, but people are not always honest so we have to take responsibility for our own bodies. well...the story doesn't say he "slit her throat" MTO, it says she was stabbed to death. While it appears to be true, and she had known for a couple of years, and even though she may have been in the mindset of "it was given to me, so I'm giving it to someone else" saddest part is, her 7 and 8 year old children found her body after returning home from school. Self-defense, nah -- though I can understand his anger; sounds more like premeditated or does this fall under the "stand your ground" law and he had no 'duty to retreat'???? smh
He should get the death penalty for killing this woman.
First, he could have used protection. He chose not to.
Second, after learning she was HIV positive he could have gone to a health clinic and gotten those anti-AIDS prophylaxis drugs or whatever they're called, taken them and probably prevented seroconverting. He chose not to.
Instead, he brutally murdered this woman. SHE. DID. NOT. KILL. HIM.
But he killed her, in cold blood and stupidity. He deserves the gas chamber. And that's being kind.

Lolllll hahahaha, jokers. Someone said he "planned it out" lolllolllloll you're killing me, stop it. She KNEW she had HIV and didn't tell him. Whether he "knew" or not, HIV isn't a common cold, so why would she not tell him before ANY form of intimacy. The thing that scares me is people are defending the woman.... how? I think what she did was very selfish and telling him after the fact , knowing that HIV is verydeadly and serious is like she giving him a slow death sentence without the choice of sleeping with her or not! I feel sorry for her kids and family, but that was low of her to do uch a thing to this man! He should have wore a condom. If he was her man why did she not tell her man out of respect, I have HIV? how expect him to act after just now knowing his girlfriend has the disease? she brought this on herself clearly!
Well i believe it's her fault to begin with, if she has told the truth to begin with. He would have walked away, cut her off, and she would be alive doing the mom thing living her last days with her kids or even better, wait for that truvada pill to come out and get herself treated.
But instead she let her sexual impulses get the better of her, and didn't care about that man's life (who knows she made had did that to other guys as well and those guys reacted differently). So she deserves it.
Also people keep in mind that Condoms aren't 100% SAFE, they do pop, and can be poked by something sharp or have holes in them ( which is why that they have expiration dates on them. So sometimes the best *** is no *** at all.
*** isn't about wearing a condom and it's OK, you also have to be responsible and make the right decisions for you AND YOUR PARTNER. She was irresponsible and selfish. If she wanted ***, she could have found someone who is HIV positive to have *** with, but instead she wanted to trap a man, after all she did said to him ("it was 'not that bad") like that was her plan to begin with.
