: MediaTakeOut.com just got some VERY DISTURBING NEWS .. . it turns out that Kandi Burress' babys father was arrested, back in 2005 - for CHILD CRUELTY. MediaTakeOut.com exclusively got ahold of those records.
How did we find out. Well an MTOer sent us a tip that Russell Spencer, Kandi's BD, was arrested this past weekend for fighting. So we did a quick CRIMINAL SEARCH for him . . and we were SHOCKED at what came up.
It turns out that in 2005, Russell was picked up for battery and child cruelty. Both charges were later dropped for lack of evidence.
Dang . . . we wonder if they're gonna talk about THAT on this season's show???

MTO,stop starting mess when you don't know the story! His first charge was battery, so he battered someone, NOT A CHILD. If a child is present when you batter someone else, that is considered child endangerment or child cruelty, because the child was there. No story here folks, especially since it was how long ago?
I agree that the title of this post is misleading because Kandi has nothing to do with what this idiot is accused of. However he definitely looks like he is capable of child abuse and the report was more than likely true. Kandi (with her thirsty sugarmama ***) should definitely have nothing to do with this hoodlum if this is true because if she does her daughter may be next and just based on the allegations alone and police report this dirtbag should be completely dismissed from her life. Can't stand stupid mothers who deal with men like this!

You don't have to TOUCH a child to get a cruelty charge. In GA, you are mostly charged with it if do something IN FRONT of the child. It could be some aggressive behavior that a child witnesses, etc....it's very easy to get charged with cruelty to children because of that...just an FYI. Not defending him, just stating the possibility. :)
You people in here arguing back and forth, half of you have no "Reading Comprehension" and the other half don't even know the law. 1) This *** happened in 2005. 2) Child cruelty is also a charge like child endangerment, meaning having that child in an unsavory enviroment such as fighting(not condoning what this fool did). 3) MTO, you are soo whack for this outright lie as a headline.

Oh, could it be that you meant the plural of "baby" which is "babies"?
