IMO it is Kimye on the tape and if it's released it'll be damaging proof that Kim had an extramarital affair while being married to Kris Humphries. Most prenups have an "infidelity" clause that automatically voids it. So, depending on the language in the prenup, Kris Humphries may be walking away with half.
This whole Kanye/Kim thing is kind of creepy to me. First, he's always looked like his breath stinks to me (don't know why). Then, there's the whole, "he's always had a crush on her" thing.
