Kanye spazzed out and attacked the paparazzo . . . damaging her camera. We're told that lady went to the hospital claiming that she suffered from injuries. She is expected to press charges.

First of all, the paps violate these people's personal space CONSTANTLY. I'm no Kanye fan, but I have zero respect for the paps. I know they are doing a job, but the way they surround these celebs and get out of pocket with the personal questions...no sympathy from me, and it's a good thing I'm not on that jury because I wouldn't give that photographer a penny.
