I hope that she is working on her health. I just want her to be happy and healthy. I would never insult her. It is not easy to lose weight and it is a personal decision. The last thing she needs are people picking at her. If you are not going to be supportive, then you are being harmful. I think alot of people are just being mean. Some people are just so outraged by her looks as if they have never seen an obese person before. Everyone is saying that she needs to lose weight; is that because she is a celebrity? Half of the US population is considered overweight or obese. So the ones that call her ugly and fat etc, there is a likelihood they look the same way, close to it, or know someone who looks like this. I can think of plenty of nice things to say about her. First, she does have a pretty face. And, it looks like she might have nice skin too. But, I think that she just wears the wrong make-up for her skin type. Second, she has nice teeth and a pretty smile. She's probably a nice person with a good heart, and, she's probably a loyal friend. And, everytime MTO posts these "poke fun of 'Gabby'" pictures, they are always pictures of her on the red carpet or some other high end event that NONE of the MTO staff have been invited to.
I can think of plenty nice things to say about her, she's not busting it wide open for everyone to see, she's not having every cats baby, she's not known solely bcuz of the size of her "azz", she's smart,.she's talented, she's very funny and she probably doesn't even know this site exists....shall I keep going?

Gabourey is a very confident woman, She knows that she's overweight i'm pretty sure. She doesn't seem like she's embarrased at all of all you haters. She definitely has such a warm spirit about her, In Precious she was angry and miserable. But since then i never saw that side of her. She was on the Wendy Williams show a while back and she's seems so nice and happy.

Let us address this from the perspective of if she was lighter skinned. White body builder use dark tanning applications because dark hues define musculature deeper. If you have dark skin then nature will accentuate what is present in your physicality. That said, her stylist should be sensitive to her unique tones and not suggest eye shadows meant for fair skinned women (white women at that) and use colors that work with her skin tone. They use greasey make-up that makes her naturally oily skin look like she has been deep fried like a pork skin. This would not be so bad if they had not put her in a dress that makes her look like a pig in a blanket and shoes that make her feet look like pickled pig feet in a jar on the counter at the bodego. We are who we choose to be and at a certain age can change our appearance through a healthy respect for what we put in our bodies and exercise. She ignores both and we are supposed to be dishonest and say she looks on par with Kenya Moore, dark skinned fine and beautiful. Having dark skin is not a curse, but it does not give one a free pass to look any way you want and be excused. She is obese and a fashion feaux pas on the hoof. She has the notoriety that would lend itself to sponsors lining up for her to rep them as did J Hud if she was willing to tackle the wieght issue and not just a poke chop sammach.
