I know exactly what those dots around her mouth, eyes and skin are. Those are surgery scars from a "Threaded Facelift." It's the newer version of a traditional facelift without the use of a surgical knife. They usually only make incisions around the mouth, eye and neck area and pull the skin back. It's considered a lunchtime procedure and usually takes about 30-45 minutes flat. No down time and they don't have to worry about surgery scars, just those lil dots like you see on her. I've learned alot about what the people of Hollywood do since moving out here last year.
