Rivera advertised the service in fliers around East Orange - the ads guaranteed men would have a "fat d*ck"after the procedure. She did the surgery with no medical license or medical training of any kind.

People, plastic surgery is one area where you are, for the most part, getting what you pay for. If you have to meet in someones hotel room or their house or some bootleg place in general, RED FLAG!!!! IT'S SURGERY!!!! YOU SHOULD BE IN A MEDICAL FACILITY!!!! People don't seem to get that and it's killing them.
