He favors her when she was on an episode of, "The Cosby Show" as one of Rudy's sleepover friends. It was the one that looked like a boy (even though she's a girl), that did the Bucking Horse on Bill Cosby.

Ok 2 things here. She was trying to calm her son down, that's what parents do, and secondly, her breakout is obviously from the products she using in her hair.She normally has gorgeous healthy skin.
