Bey and her peeps have been moving HEAVEN AND EARTH to make sure that her songs aren't leaked. But a little birdie played it for us on their iphone. And the song sounded AMAZING. Had us bouncing up and down and er'rything!!
We can't say anything about the REST of Bey's album. But if all her songs are like RATCHET . . . she's got a MEGA HIT ALBUM on her hands.
MTO, aren't all of Beyonce albums "Mega Hits" anyway because people are force fed her so much, people actually believes this lady can sing. Oh I forgot, she also has that look, light (bleached) skin, long flowing blonde (weave) hair and a business arranged marriage to Mr. Shawn Carter (ex drug dealer) who is at the top of his career at 43 still rapping about "money being long" oh did I mention they had a (fake prgnancy) baby. But after Gwenyth Paltrow made that statement about how she was in Paris with Nuccas for real, and Bey and Jay said she get a pass along with that foolio Nas, I was done with her. No, this will not be a big year for Bey. Most teenagers weren't even born when she came out. She's deep in her 30s, married and has a bought child. She's not new and fresh anymore. Pepsi wasted their money. The only people checking for Bey are her stans. Like MJ lost his appeal and couldn't get a hit album so has she. They need to do the Celine Dion and do a Vegas deal. I might go see her in Vegas if the tickets are cheap. Rihanna has taken her throne. She may not have the image but Rhi Rhi has hit after hit after hit. Bey's fans have moved on and so should she.
I've never been a fan, but I do respect Beyonce's hustle. Sad thing is, albums these days, including hers, you are lucky to get one or two hits. Back in the days of Luther, Anita Baker, the Temptations, nearly every song on the album went straight to the top! Aye...(shaking my head) And all those songs are timeless --little kids today can still identify and sing Michael Jackson songs, but I cannot think of many Beyonce or Ciara or Keri Hilson songs that come to mind unlsess I hear it on the radio.
@ KushQueen, I so agree with what you say especially the part where she likes to act as if she is so into morality especially since she was always stumbling out of limos drunk as "Coody Brown"as well as marrying a drug dealer that sold poison to the community..I bought "Ringing The Alarm cd' awhile ago but haven't since and will not this time. Beyonce is a very boring singer of no substance so at this point,she's just a fame *** that don't know when it's time to quit.....
I remember once when Beyonce was criticized for speaking of her religion and not supporting *** but now she supports them and for the most part,it is nothing but a bunch of "queens" that support her as well as others that like to live vicariously through her and they can be found on any blog counting HER money to try and diss anyone that DARE to not worship THEIR queen,LMAO!
Beyonce has ALOT of female and *** fans and females which both support and go hard for their faves which is why rihanna is so popular. Regardless of how people feel about her the main reason she will remain relevant is because she has a strong solid fanbase and thats the key to success. MTO im glad to hear that you approve of beyonce new single that you allegedly heard but I dont think its called rachet from seeing the superbowl performance headline I believe the song is called dancing shoes because lady gaga has a pair of earrings that says rachet as well but hers are hooped and smaller than bey. She hasn't evolved musically, and because of that her sound has not changed at all. Every song sounds like she's appealing to kids, hoochies, etc. I respect Beyonce but I don't tend to prefer her music.
Now Kelly on the other hand... she has evolved musically and in her personal life. She has shared her life experiences through her songs and her music speaks for itself. I Love Kelly and her music is the bomb!!!!
