If this is their house then it's nothing more than a rich "family" type neighborhood... rich people want their children to grow up around people and not be secluded just because they have money. It looks like a place where your child and their friends can ride bikes together or can spend the *** at each others' home and if something goes down a parent can have easy access to their kids... it's just an upscale version of that!
