: MediaTakeOut.com has learned that well-known radio personality is behind bars for raping a woman. The Louisiana DJ named "Bay Bay", real name Terrance Stewart was arrested yesterday and charged with rape and intimidating a witness.
"Bay Bay" has been receiving national attention ever since hip hop artist Hurricane Chris released the hit song "A Bay Bay" - a tribute to the Louisiana DJ.
In related news, another popular Louisiana DJ is wanted for violently raping a woman in a Shreveport club. Police have issued an arrest warrant for "D.J. Ron.," real name Ronald Johnson. He is currently a fugitive from justice.
Anyone with information on Ronald "D.J. Ron" Johnson's whereabouts is asked to call Shreveport Crimestoppers at (318) 673-7373.

Naty, I'm from Shreveport as well and when I walked past the tv last night and saw this? I'm like whoa. I hate folks singing that when they know I stay here. I'm almost at the point of not even listening to the radio because that d.a.m.n. song is on nearly everytime! This lady and I was just talking bout this at work. She said it sound like a set up because apparently he stole the song from someone else and this is their payback. I happen to know Bay BAy personally and I can honestly say that when I first heard the news I was totally stunned about the whole situation. Im from the south and the speech impediment is horrific it's obvious what kids missed speech class, not that im like a black/white girl or anything, but i think the south gets a bad rap and most people think that we are not intelligent well im beyond that. I am very well educated and also keep myself around positive people and even more so positive enviroments. Shreveport have alot of positive people, for instance our mayor CEDRIC GLOVER .. 1st BLACK mayor in history, and he is really changing things around here. Those that live i Shreveport do more than just think about car with big rims, loud music. All men do not have braids and amouth full of gold teeth. Love is LAID back and mello ... but because BayBay have done so many different things in the entertainment industry most people look forward to hearing him D.J. .... KoKo's can justshut down with out him and that's no lie ... KoKo's fan base is based on alot of bounce and rap music with the occasional slow music and other types are played only to be amusing. You're right it could have happened any where in the club. The bathrooms are on the 1st and 3rd floor, vip is on 3rd floor, and the dj booth is on the fist floor. But the thing about it is this is a club thats always packed with a line wraped around the building. Bay Bay is in the dj booth on the 1st floor which is where most of the club hoppers can be found. So more than a handfull of people had to see it happen. with that said, why didnt anyone see her till after the club closed?

I'm from Shreveport and I interned at the Radio station with both DJ Ron(99.7) and Bay Bay(103.7 the beat). I feel it is unfortuante that Bay Bay is caught up in this I hope it is not true. Personally radio deejays can be very sexist as sleazy but my experince with Bay was never ever like that. He always treated me with the upmost respect. He is a intellegent man that is caring and loving person. Most of you are wrong Bay Bay is also an artist and has made songs with several local rappers. The man will have his day in court, it would be great that all of you let the justice system work. At least let the man put in a plea, and let the truth come out. His is innocent until proven guilty.
