Wow thier relationship should be question based on my space. If that is the case alot of people should be questioned, top 8 don't have nothing to do with who he goes to bed with at ***. Good *** Ashanti and Good Morning Nelly. Even if it is so, He put a ring on Ashanti finger everyone else is suspect.
Hell, I doubt if Nelly even runs his Myspace acct. Yes, you can manipulate the acct to reflect who you want in your top 8, but I doubt that he would be stupid enough to place Mya at the top of his list, if he were trying to maintain his relationship. Hell, for that matter, I doubt that Ashanti gives a rat's *** about who's in the top 8 on his page. Oh Drama!
Myspace belive it or not is a very mainstream site it is Nelly's offical myspace page and i feel it is a sign of no respect to have a side line h03 or anyother female as his #1, but since i have posted this his top 8 has fluctuated seems like Nelly has been on Media Takeout =) so maybe the top 8 thing is random who knows,Nelly is one fine brotha and Ashanti aint to bad her self if she doesnt mind playing step momma to his thousands of kids that pop up everyday more power to her

Come on people the reasaon why Ashanti isn't on the friend list is because SHE'S NOT his fried she's more than a friend she's is future! Ashanti if your reading this girl look dont listen to all the *** no body knows your man better then you keep your private life private because its alot of haters out here, you're a beautiful women with a good spirit from what I see and people will hate on you because they wannt be you or like you, and so what if Nelly has close female friends just remember he choose you to be his queen.

Well I could be waaaay off base here, but if Nelly were really in a relationship with Ashanti & they were completely secure with what they have, would there really be a need to list her as a friend regardless to the number on the list?.....Like I said, could be way off base here, but that's what I think of it.
To miss lady that thinks Nelly is her soulmate: sweetie, he don't even know you exist. What do you know about this man other than what you see on tv that makes you FEEL he is your soulmate? Do you think that his media persona is reflective of who he really is as a person? And what makes you think that he would go from a platinum recording artist to you? . . . I registered just to post that message because you really come off like you think there's a possibility you two may be together. I'm not hatin and please don't think that I am trying to be mean, but there it's one thing to engage in celebrity gossip and it's a-whole-nother thing to get caught up in delusions of celebrity grandour.

yes...i'll agree w/ swissmiss b/c i refuse to read any further...however, MYSPACE top 8 music pages are mainly for promoting! and like she stated: these cats are affiliated w/ each other in a business manner. geffen artists stick together, atlantic artists, etc...record labels do this. besides, i haven't visited either ones' pages in a while...so as far as [apart of the same team] goes, i'm assuming it's promotional...
top 8?, 1st person on the top 8??, means her profiles views will drastically go up! [and] in turn, *** gullible folk like you to help make that happen, lol *wink*

I am so sick and tired of people saying that famous black men are not faithful- let alone black men in general. There are some good black men out there. Just because Ashanti is not on Nelly's myspace page (top 8) does not mean that he is cheating. He may just know the woman that he comes home to is gonna be his friend no matter what, so why validate that and put it on a myspace page.
Well I never thought she was. They may have dated for awhile but ya already know that doesnt mean an "exclusove" relationship! Besides what the f*ck does a Myspace Page have to do with anything.Most of the time those *** arent even set up by the celebrities,but by fans, stans,lol and people who work for them and are hired to do so. Ya cant go by that!
