I live in a condo, and the broke *** renters upstairs from me are so annoying. They live in a two bedroom and they are married with two kids. All day the big *** is stompin around and when the 3 year old is up, she's runnin her *** all over the place. The dude is a ***, but he's cool. He stays home all day while the wife works(what a loser). The wife has the worst attitude and I wish their lease would run out and they leave. Or atleast get some money so they can get a house, ***.kin losers. I'm 27 and they're in their mid thirties. Come on now it's two of them and they still cant afford their own ***?
My next door neighbors are trippin too, mainly the wife(again). They are a white couple with a kid who also rent. She is always yelling and screami at the top of her lungs at her husband, for cheating, smoking all the weed, and money. I dont know how he puts up with that broad. She fugly too. Big, fat and pasty white with a mouth like Roseanne. I wish all the loser renters would leave so I could have some peace for a change. I never called the police on them though, but i almost got into a fight with the folks upstairs.
I've been thinkin about callin the association. I didnt wanna do it in the summer because I've been barbecuing in my back yard and we're not supposed to. I didnt wanna snitch on them and they turn around and snitch on me. Summer's over, so I guess I've got nothing to lose. That *** better not even look at me funny.lol
i mind my own b.i. usually, since i pull into my driveway with the newest rap songs banging, and not the clean versions either. but i will say f*** that and call the police on yo *** during certain hours. and i will not give you a warning either. those hours are between 1:30 and 9:30 a.m., because you should know better! my kids need they *** sleep, lol! i call the cops on my neighbor's mutt too. got that little f***er chained up in the back below my window barking all *** and setting off the motion lights trying to get in. i hear him; i know you do too! oh, you wanna ignore him, huh? let's see if you ignore the po-po banging on your door at 2 a.m. because i called them 3 times in the past half-hour to tell on you. lmao

I can relate to both sides. Where I'm from, u just don't call the police u take it *** ur own hands. As far as music being too loud, it depends on the time because if it is after 11pm, it is just plain disrespectful. It is actually against the law (disturbing the peace), so I would definitely tell them bout themselves and if the police gotta be called so be it. On the other end, if it is during the daytime, just get a life and let the people listen to their music. But 2, it depends on the neighborhood cuz u gotta respect ur neighbors. If not, that's ur stupidity. Get along with ur neighbors, don't get on their nerves.

But, I too, am a renter, and I have had my neighbor, who lives above me play his music extremely loud. Initially, I didn't say anything, because I'm thinking maybe he received some good news from the job, etc. I ignored it. He doesn't do it often. But trust, on the weekend, when I'm doing housework, the music comes on, but not often. He has called me (thank goodness for caller id) and I ignore the calls. *smile*
I read my post over again and i think I came off as putting down people who rent. I didn't mean to come off as such an ***/hole. I'm just aggravated at the folks that happen to be renting in my complex. However there is a difference between the two categories(renters and buyeys) I wanted to clarify my earlier statements. Owners show more pride in their neighborhoods and their relationships with their neighbors. I find that the renters generally dont give a flying ***, and they can be gone within 6 months to a year, so they dont care. I just want the people living around me to have the same outlook and understanding as I have.
I hate that mess too. But my thing is, if I'm trying to study and you're annoying me, I'll just go up and ask you to turn it down. I won't call the police on you, I'll have the *** to come up there my *** self. Policemen have better things to be doing than responding to noise complaints. If you call the police on me, I'm just going to be even more annoying after they leave and turn it right back on anyway. and make SURE to play something you won't like...good ole country Tim McGraw.
@ eternal Poison weenies always work the best...lmbao!! My neighbor's dog is like that and I've been trying to kill his annoying *** for about a year now...he's smart though. When he sees my car coming (he's loose half the time) his *** jumps that ditch with the quickness..and he knows better than to come by the fence. I'm going to the store and get me a BB gun tomorrow.
I bought a bb gun pistol to *** a these squirrels ***.kin up my garden. I couldnt bring out the HK cuz that's too loud and the neigbors would've def. called the boys on me. Anyways, I *** that *** squirrel atleast 8 or nine times, but he's still alive. I got a good bb gun too. Its got the co2 cartridge and its mad powerful. @*** HA AHAHAH BWAAA HAHAHAH Tupac in his past life...fofl! I had another post where I asked if it was wrong for *** them with a ***...that's the reason! BB guns are too frustrating..but I bet my Polymag #4 *** will get him and his whole family. (say family like the Italians do). I declared war on them because they got in my roof and were scrabbling around all *** ***...they got into my mom's garden, and it was hilarious...The day she was going to pick her tomatoes, they got to them first, and put bite marks on all 30 of them...they didnt even eat them, they were just being destructive and threw them all over the yard.
People don't go around knocking on other people's doors to tell them they are being disturbed by the noise coming from their apartments because people are *** people for simply looking at people.
I wouldn't knock on my neighbors door if they are having a party as long as it is on the weekend and the party doesn't last all ***. I have to sleep I work and go to school. There are rules when you live in an apartment complex regarding company and partying just for this purpose, read the lease.
I should not have to leave the comfort of my home for another neighbor's noise.
If the party is going to be too loud your friend might just think about renting a hall the next time.
The neighbors *** have to suffer it's your friend who needs the house so that she is separated from other units and can have her privacy. An apartment is a living quarter not a club!
