January 30, 2007: This is really sad,I love Brandy.She is definetly is one of the best singers,she is underrated.This was an accient,this is something that she will always have on her mind and heart.Come on people,look at what happens to these drunk drivers,most of the time they get a slap on the wrist when they kill someone driving drunk.This girl was not drunk nor under the influence of drugs,I honestly don't think she should be charged,maybe she should get a fine .I know she is very sorry for what she did,thats enough right there.Whether she does time or not that still is not going to bring that woman back.
