It's already legal in many places. Making it legal Nationwide could be a bad thing.

If it does become legal, tobacco companies will go out of business .

You hear of drunk driving, but never high driving. The weed smokers are too paranoid to even THINK about getting busted... I find it relaxing after a long day of work. It's just like having a glass of wine to me. You can turn it from a chill thing to a party thing just like that. It's been legal in some countries for YEARS and hasn't been re-illegalized because it's harmless. Smoking cigarettes kills thousands and thousands a year... where's the statistic that says smoking weed can kill you? Hell they give it to cancer patients and they prescribe it as a pain killer. If your doctor can give it to you then it cant be harmful. Btw I like the purple... :)
