If that top 20 recipient list is accurate then it does seem like republicans benefit more. Unfortunately, a lil more than a third of that list is democrats including the president.

Having profits be a part of the decision on whether or not someone is treated, to the level we do it, is a recipe for disaster. So stuff like this will continue as long as that does not significantly change.

As far as monopolies go, there isn't one truly there anymore, Republicans are laissez-faire Capitalists and as such don't believe in universal affordable health care, it's too leftist. And this wouldn't appear on the front page anyway, only Kim Kardashian & Kanye, Amber Rose, or some silly girl with too much plastic surgery are allowed on MediaTakeout's front page.
