@ Afrikan Of course...when the person is not seeing success in a reasonable amount of time, say maybe a year? Or when it gets to the point where things may not be where they want them to be, and get frustrated, and start to take it out on you..Now THAT I will not tolerate.. That's when I'll say change your focus. Or when it reaches the point where it puts my family in the minus side, like if the load becomes too big for me to handle, and things are no longer comfortable enough for my kids..Aint nobody gonna starve in my house, and I'll be damned if we be raggedy.
A man that has not established himself yet won't appreciate someone "blanketing" him until he can understand himself. This means getting off your black azz, and handling your own business.
I do agree however, if a man in your life has a vision, you should stand behind him and be supportive, but just as long as it doesn't comprimise your integrity as a woman, or brings you or your lifestyle and inner-piece down.
Some black men have always made this an issue. Why can't these brothers FOCUS on said career FIRST, whatever that may be, then settle down with a woman that will support him morally and emotionally.
That can prove he's able to stand on his own two feet as a man, able to self-disipline and be tanacious about what he wants out of life.
Whether you find an idiot, I mean, woman that is willing to do this while he "finds himself", he won't appreciate it as much as he would if he took what it takes to grind all by himself.
I made a post awhile back and u flagged it. Is flagging a bad thing? the post was about havin good *** an bein proud of it. no one commented a iw went away so just recently smeone else made a similar post that u participated in so i reposted mines asking y u guys were so biased and u flagged me.....wats up with that??
it depends on the situation he's in and why he lost his job or why he don't even have one. You can't allow a man to walk over you like a new rug because they'll do whatever you allow them to do. Now if I sit up and support my guy for as long as he's jobless and all I see him doing is sitting at home doing nothing, and don't say nothing guess what? he's gone continue to sit his *** at home doing nothing, but if I'm supporting him and I see him getting up every morning with me going out to job hunt then I'm gone continue to support him....

Was your screen-name always uninhibited? What was the exact name of your post? I personally, don't go around just flagging any old post that I do not agree with either, only if I feel the context is so utterly offensive, or inappropriate (example: killing kids, the ***-word, henious threats, etc) for viewing.
I don't work for MTO, but since they put the option of flagging content that ppl may find offensive, I'm practicing my rights as a poster when I see fit.
I've only told one person openly that I flagged him, but we've been amicable since. I don't take alot of things ppl to say to me too personally, unless they keep at me for no reason, which is rare. I try to get along with everyone.

I wasnt trippin on ppl not posting it was last year but when this gut mad a post about wat makes the *** good i reposted mines and then u flaggedme+sadface+ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ And as far as me flagging you, I hate to be the one to tell you, but I think it may have been someone else if you were flagged. But you keep saying *** one posted on i, that doesn't automatic mean your post was flagged. It just means no one was interest in that content, could've been the WAY it was posted.
Posts I avoid, are the overly sexually explicit ones, poor grammar, all caps, incomplete titles, extremely long intro-paragraphs and titles with swear words in them. It tells me a little about the mentality of the person that posted it, and most of the time, any comment you leave may errupt unnecessary feuds.
Some posts are just so *** dumb or stupid, given how I fee that day, I just may leave a comment or two, but that's it! lol I still don't even recall any of those posts to begin with.
my gurl supported me through college. That is why she's gonna be my wifey. If you read the actual book, assuming you hadn't, he was always an educated man with a sense for who he was and what he wanted to accomplish. He's always some type of vision for himself and his family.

I thought wife means it will be legal, concubine may be something else. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ That's basically what "wifey" means to me. A WIFE is an equal-partner in a marriage, working, loving and bringing as much to the table as her husband is. And supplying him with emotional support in the process.

Men of this days have to woryy about the cops, their jobs and what their wife be doing. If y'all want the old way of things, y'all need to get back to the kitchen and close your legs. Women is foundation of the family, not men. Y'all the only one that can keep it together. When y'all start to ask for equality in the house, y'all changed the whole concept of family. That is why there is so much problems with kids not having a dad around that could stand their mama. If i cheat on my girl, things can be corrected if i stop. If she cheats on me, everything is destroyed even if she stops and y'all know that. when you cheat on your men just because you think he's unfaithful, trust me that man will play you the rest of your life.
