I'm curious because that was silly as hell for you to take the time to log in and ask a stupid a$$ question like that. First of all as a woman I hate when mines come down cause it's painful to the lower stomach area, and it's a very uncomfortable position to be in for 5 days or more and here you come logging in asking some ish' like that. I've heard people say some crazy ish' but you just put the icing on the cake with this one....but I tell you what....since you was the one who used every brain cell you had to come up with a question like that how about you practice that exercise on somebody you know that's on their period and then get back to me and let me know what you got out of it.
