January 30, 2007: Brandy's vehicle did hit the deceased woman's vehicle, however, the hit did not cause the woman's death. After the vehicle was hit by Brandy's SUV, it was also hit by two other vehicles. It appears that the hit from third vehicle caused the woman to die. This is a very tragic accident (woman was married with children), however, it was an accident, not a crime. Thus, Brandy will be found guilty at a civil trial and will have to give up a good piece of money, but there is no basis for a criminal trial or even criminal charges.
