Eddie Murphy should do the James Brown Biography Movie!!!....

: Forget Usher or who ever in the Hell somebody picked for the James Brown biography...EDDIE MURPHY should play JAMES BROWN. I have not seen "Dreamgirls" yet but form what I have heard and seen on T.V. with all the awards that he has gotten "Eddie" should be the next James Brown in a movie. He's got the voice, the moves and the right talent to play "The Godfather of Soul"...Usher stilll needs some fine tuning. He has not been in "the game " long enough to impersonate a LEGEND...Usher did not even finish his roll on Broadway, why should he do a roll for a movie screen of a mogul of R&B and Rock and Roll?.... Wrong answer. I remember all of those SNL (Saturday *** Live) late *** shows with Eddie did doing a James Brown scene in the "hot tub" back in the day. He is the only one that "SHOULD" play James Brown. I know that he is seriously thinking of doing "Beverly Hills Cop 4" and Shrek 3 is on the the way...but to do a PROPER tribute to James Bown...Eddie Murphy is the ticket... Another Oscar!!!!! (if he does'nt win this one for Dreamgirls)

Hell no, Usher does not have the range (acting, singing, etc) of Eddie Murphy nor the experience...Usher, to me, is still very wet behind the ears.... and the booty.

***, that's kinda of mean I always thought Jamie Fox IS kinda CUTE...Maybe we can put Wendy Williams on there...She looks like a cross between James Brown, Redd Foxx with a smidget of Mom's Mabley....REAL OLD AND REAL UGLY!!!

Eddie is perfect for the part. Usher can't bring the masculinity of James Brown, he's to young and too ***.

Usher can dance way better then eddie murphy but in acting eddie got tht but in singing Usher has a nice voice but eddie has a strong voice u know Usher can sing but what i mean is tht he wont sound lik james brown but i think he would sound better like mike but i personally think tht Usher would get the part and usher aint *** drburke ur jus another guy hating on usher

Usher was at the 2005 music award he dance with James Brown he can dance like him but cant sound like him but Usher has a nice voice

i agree Eddie woudl be perfect, and it'll be funny just listening to Eddie say HAa hit me like Jame Brown. no affense to Usher.

Well maybe they can work together Usher dances (in the "early years) while Eddie sings (in the older years...but then again they are gonna have to make Usher's *** BLACK as hell...in doing the makeup for the role of James Brown...I don't think Usher would like dat...being "LIGHT SKINNED" aand all. LOL!!!! (Let's see how BLACK Usher is willing to get to get do the part of a TRUE BLACK MAN!!!!) ~Holla~

Eddie Murphy works -- he's the UGLIEST celebrity available to be able to realistically portray James.

Usher looks like a treasure troll, but he wouldn't be believeable.

I think it helps when the actor looks similar to who they're portraying -- e.g., Jaime in "Ray", Will in "Ali"...
