PROMETHEUS

: Concept: Interesting but could have been executed better. Left the viewer (at least me) with several questions. Maybe thats for sequel purposes.

Visually: I thought it was dope. I kinda regret not seeing it on IMAX

Plot: Was not great but decent.

Too many questions when the movie ended.

Did all the aliens die from suicide like the one in the beginning ?

Why did they want the humans dead.

Where did the squid and snake monsters come from?

Smh i had more questions in the end then when i first saw the preview.

(spoiler alert if you have not seen the movie)

All those creatures were a result of that substance coming in contact with a living organizm. Snake like creatures from the worms and the squid from the android giving the material to dude in his drink and he started to genetically change before he slept with the Dr who gave birth to it.

The beginning seen of the movie was one of the "engineers" destroying himself to create new species on earth which I guess would suggest that them coming back to earth was not going to be done out of malice. It would have been nice to know why the beginning scene and the potential return were happening though.
