Are you referring to what is going on in the Englewood neighborhood? Or all over in general? I live in Chicago, (North side) but I not blind to the trouble that is going on all over, especially on the south side in the Englewood neighborhood.

I think people have a responsibility to do something if police are ineffective. Vigilantism is a serious double edge sword though.
