: Fitness and Stamina when it comes to *** is there a connection?
Think about it, the more fit you are physically and nutritionally, the more ENERGY and STAMINA you tend to have, so when it comes to *** you last longer and you give a BETTER performance, versus some one who eats macdonalds, burger king, pork ribs, and fried chicken all day and dont work out that much. Foods like these tend to make one SLUGGISH and slow, therefore clogging up the arterys and causeing the blood not to circulate to its full potential. In order for a man to maintain a nice firm erection there must be circulation , working out espeacially cardio workouts like AROBICS and DANCING tend to help with your breathing as well as increace the beauty of your physical appearence, you also feel more confident, and have a better out look and you start to see your life, body, mind, and spirit transform miraculosly. ALOT of people eat more and workout less and this is why there is a high obesity rate in america, its suppose to be the OTHER way around. Our bodys are made to MOVE and WORK not SIT. Oh yeah, your THINKING also becomes SHARPER when you workout and eat RIGHT, and so does your *** life.
Certain body types require certain work outs:
Heres the breakdown:
Slim/slender/trim body types : Push ups, Chin ups, Dips, arobics, running dancing, swimming, abs will develop QUICKER for these body types when excercising.
Stocky/medium/Bulky body types: Weight training such as: Bench pressing, dumb bells, and things like that.
Not to say that you cant MIX it up regardless of body size if you wanna INCREACE your results, but certain exercises DO call for certain body types/frames.

comes to women:
1.) Easy going
2.) Romantic
3.) Gentleman
4.) REAL
But if they wanna be treated like women then they should ACT like one first.
all that LOUDNESS is not nessearcy, Im not RUDE to them, but I dont say anything they will keep on.
WATCH, Im gonna ignore them, and watch them keep going...watch
they wanna be treated like ladys then they need to CARRY themselves like a lady.
