no. but where does it say what he was asked by the person interviewing him. this is what the media does to people. they could have edited the whole interview and purposely put it out there the way they wanted to get the reaction they wanted to or hoped for. look at the timing of it. and has any other president been asked I think it was or has been implied that society was ran by the WHITE MAN or it is the white man's world and that they didn't care about the black ppl anyway either.
